All appliance sales are subject to the following terms.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

If a customer is not satisfied with a product for reasons unrelated to a defect (including performance expectations, features, noise level, appearance, or change of mind), the customer may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returned products must be complete and free from damage or abuse. A 10% restocking fee (minimum $150) will apply, and the customer is responsible for all delivery, removal, and installation costs. Installation labor is non-refundable.

If a product is defective** upon delivery or first use, the issue must be reported within 48 hours. Defective products are subject to manufacturer verification and warranty policies. Verified defective products will be exchanged, not refunded, and no restocking fee will apply. Initial installation labor remains the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise covered by the manufacturer.

If Top Notch Appliance orders the incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost and cover re-delivery. Additional installation labor may apply. If the customer orders the incorrect product (including size, fuel type, configuration, or color), the return will be treated as a customer dissatisfaction return and subject to the restocking fee and all labor and delivery charges.

Refunds are issued only after the product is returned, inspected, and approved, with applicable fees deducted, and will be returned to the original form of payment in 7-14 days. Exchanges apply primarily to verified defective** products or company ordering errors and are subject to product availability and price differences.

Special-order items, clearance/open-box items, accessories, parts, and consumables are final sale unless defective**.

** “Defective” can only be determined by a manufacturer authorized technician.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.

Warranty Disclaimer:

All appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Top Notch Appliance does not provide product warranties and is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond facilitating warranty claims.

Damage Claims:

Any visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery or installation. Damage reported after completion is not the responsibility of Top Notch Appliance.

Site Conditions:

Customer is responsible for providing safe, clear, and accessible installation conditions. Additional labor required due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or site readiness issues will be billed separately.

Limitation of Liability:

Top Notch Appliance is fully insured and responsible for damages caused by our negligence during delivery or installation. Our liability is limited to direct damages related to the services provided and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service or trip charge.

Work Acceptance:

Customer acceptance of delivery or installation constitutes completion of work unless concerns are noted at the time of service.
